We thank you for advertising in NJAET Publications. Please read the following advertising rules before submitting any copy.

We understand that:

    1. All ads are representative of our company or organization and do not necessarily reflect the views of the NJAET.

    2. NJAET reserves the right to accept or reject an ad.

    3. Payment must be made at the time the ad is submitted via a check made out to NJAET. If an ad is not run in the issue requested, with your permission it will be run in a subsequent issue. Or, if this is not agreeable, the money will be fully refunded.

    4. The terms of ad placement (per issue) are as follows:
      		a. Full page - $200 7 1/2" x 10"
      		b. Half page - $125 7 1/2" x 5" or 3 3/4" x 10"
      		c. Quarter Page - $75 7 1/2" x 2 1/2" or 3 3/4" x 5"
      		d. Eighth page - $50 7 1/2" x 1 1/4" or 1 3/4" x 5"

    5. All ads should be professional in appearance and presented camera-ready in an electronic format on disk or email attachment.

    6. This agreement should be signed and submitted with the ad copy. Please indicate the issue(s) requested. Information on specific deadlines for receiving copy can be obtained by contacting cathygrim@aol.com or DavidC99@aol.com
